yet another break has gone by in a flash
at least i was home for 5 days this time

i worked out that since i got married until this break
i have slept in my bed less than 10 times
this included a mini-holiday between swings

am really happy
and enjoying things

best thing so far in 2011

UFC 127 in Sydney with my son and man
it was AWESOME
