Unintentional sobriety. I haven't had a drink all week... and don't really care to. It isn't like I really meant to take it easy, either. I just forgot to drink. I quit smoking the same way. One day I just didn't feel like smoking anymore, so I didn't light up. I haven't had a smoke in four years.
I feel pretty damn good.

Thank you sir! I'm glad you approve! Kudos to you for quitting smoking. It's tough to do, but then again, I do things cold turkey as well. Now as for drinking, that isn't so bad, I only allow myself a few drinks on the weekend. Good luck!
