I don’t talk about my childhood much and for good reason. But this movie is just one I can’t help but come back to once in a while. It has everything. Real life struggles, feelings of hopelessness, endless perseverance. But in the end it shows that sometimes those who’ve come before us may let us down, they may leave us, and they may even hurt us. Yet as long as we never forget what’s inside us, what we’ve learned from those before us, we can rise above anything. We can be there for those who need us, we can be better than those before us.
Every family has their struggles, but the Grapes can teach us a lot about humanity. Always enjoyed how much raw human emotion this film had. Hope you guys check it out if you get a chance and haven’t already seen it.
