I feel much better. Thank you for all your suggestions.
I got lots of rest...drank very thing from green tea to ginger beer and really strong grog. So I'm not to sure what actually made me feel better.

Today was such a fine winters day that I just had to take a fwe pics and show the world how wonderful and warm Oz winters can be. Haha.
