How is everyone, good I hope.
Well, here is a little of what Ive been up to of late.
MONDAY: Yippee!!!! Today I received my SG care package. YAY
. I love my new shirt and undies and shall wear them with pride! Met up with Maiko and Erika in the afternoon. We all sat and had coffee over a very interesting conversation in broken English hehehehehehe they make me laugh. Some how Funky and I ended up volunteering too help them organise their graduation party. Ive been elected door bitch and cleaning lady, fun fun fun. Couldnt sleep tonight :blah: ! I love my sleep- it has to be one of my favourite things to do. Hehehehe
TUESDAY: Tried to work, but was tired all day. I managed to cook dinner and blow it was actually edible. Im known all over for my inability to cook. My non- culinary skills are legendary. Usually I end up in a blithering mess and chucking a hissy fit before giving up. Wow, I must be mellowing in my old age. Went to bed early and slept for a yummy 10 hours mmmmmmmmmm or should i say zzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Unfortunately Funky didnt sleep at all. Poor MR Funky.
WEDNESDAY: I awoke all revved up to get lots of work done - and Im glad to say for once I feel like I succeeded. lately Ive been reading the prophet by Kahlil Gibran
This book is written so beautifully. It never fails to inspire me. If you've never had the pleasure of reading it, I though rally recommend it! Oh oh, and I ran into a good friend of mine today, whos smile is completely infectious. Such a beautiful boy, always lovely, always sweet, always energetic and positive. And wise beyond his age, I see so much potential in him. Dont you just love it when you see someone and instantly they make you smile. Then when you leave them that smile lingers a longer. MWAH! To all my beautiful friends who I see much too little of and that give me a sense of hope in humanity that I so greatly need. Their light may be small and almost always to far away but damn if its not still bright and warm.
THURSDAY: Am having some friends around for a game of monopoly. Its a gonna ba a showdown! Not my fave game, but Ive not played it for ages. So , if nothing else it should be one hell of a flash back.
