I''ve been enjoying my own company for the past couple of days. The solitude of my room and the excapism of books and films has been a gift. Its times like these, when I can't keep my mind from clocking over, that small distracing pleasures mean the most.

Solitude can be a very rewarding pursuit and if you have a busy schedule with lots of friends, family etc solitude can seem almost like a self-indulgent, guilty pleasure!!
