Internet. All night. Again.
Well, that and some PS2. But in the end, boobies will always win out over the boob tube. So here I am.
I think one of the reasons this site is constantly getting my attention, besides the hot chicks, is that I'm introduced to the most interesting people. Man, this sounds like some crapass infomercial for SG, but seriously, one of the things I'm digging on most these days is checking out the friends of friends and envisioning meeting these folks. In my immediate world, I'm quite the eccentric one, so rare is the chance when I can talk shop with some other underground hip hop heads or debate over who's got the dumbest finishing hold (it's HHH's pedigree -- I never liked that thing).
Even moreso, I dig on the journals and reading what others are going through. I'm fascinated not just by what I read but by what others are trying to accomplish or present to the world -- well, paying SG members -- as an image of themselves. After all, many of us are total strangers looking in on what other total strangers want us to see, so in all cases, you've got to take into consideration what that person's motivation might be for exposing whatever side they show. Besides the naked part.
Enh, I suppose this is babble. Well, I'm going to keep it up, given that this is what I'm thinking. Not sweating if it's not insightfully cool enough, holding the requisite amount of angst and rebellion, or even if many people react to it (mostly because I'm dead tired). Whatever. Thisisme, as the song on Common's "Resurrection" album states.
Akira seems like my kind of homie. Yo, I'd buy you a beer if we were in the same zip code.
Wendy's got spunk. When it comes to baseball, clearly she's not to be trifled with (and yet I'm doing exactly that).
Had to change switch a couple of my favorites to Fatality and Mayana. Not that Benni & Apnea aren't still favorites (love their chemistry, as I'm sure they, and many others, do too), but Fatality reminds me of a cool, edgier version of a good friend of mine, and Mayana strikes me as a sweetheart with no pretensions. It's a bonus that they're both stunners. Wish there was room for more favorites, cuz I'm trippin' off of India as well.
Heard that there's some drama going on behind the SG scenes. Dunno if it's particularly related or not, but there's quite a few old school SG'ers leaving. Bummer. I dug Voltaire's journals, and Dusty always had dope sets to anticipate. But such is life, right?
As for life in my world, I recently had a chance to test for my blue belt in Shaolin Kempo Karate. I've been waiting for the chance for some time, although sadly, I wasn't able to make the test date. I will be testing for it next month, and I'm looking forward to that, if for no other reason than because it'll allow me to train with the advanced groups. Thus, I become the newbie amidst the kempo OGs, if you will, and as you can imagine, one learns more being at the bottom of a top class than being the top of the bottom class. . . recently helped a few friends with their careers, much to their appreciation, which will in turn help my career path. . . and I'm deciding to cancel my cable subscription for awhile. I figure this will save me more than a few bucks each month, and with the girl having satellite at her own place, I'm covered for the few shows that to which I'm enslaved anyway. Never thought I'd make such a move, but aren't those usually the best ones?
I dunno how I'm gonna keep up with a new set every 6 hours. Branden, NicoleLee, Alisa, India, and Noir got my nose wide open.
Man, I'm gonna be useless tomorrow. Too tired.

kitty is mad at me because i made her get out of my chair so i could sit and type. she's mewing.
HAHAHA! Yes, I was a little wary myself when the presenter brought them out. She kept stressing, "These are waterproof ONLY IF YOU TURN THEM ON BEFORE SUBMERGING!" as if there were a string of electrocuted customers in her wake. I'm still a safety girl, though, and opted out of the water sport territory!
Being with someone and yet still feeling like you're alone. It's like being alone AND trapped. Yeppers. Been there, done that. The wedding dress will be on e-bay as soon as I can dig it out of the storage closet. Which is why I appreciate my independence so much now I think. I never did until I got married then divorced.
I bet the complication of relationships, be they romantic, friendship, etc., is part of the reason why online communities like this, and internete friends like us, have developed. For that control of reaching out on your own terms. Absolutely agree. Although, I am just as obnoxious and unapologetically randy in person. And you being the eccentric one of your real world group, you know where I'm coming from. We had to join SG to know that we are not alone! I bet it would be something to know you in person.
BTW I totally rocked out a kick ass metaphor today off the cuff. So beware of your crown! LOL
