I have gained flab. I understand I have fat and need fat, but its reached a point I am not happy with.
The issues are as follows:
I have not done enough exercise, we have an unlimited supply of cake and biscuits at work as its cold, and also an increased amount of milky tea because it is cold. I also haven’t eaten well/not cooked for myself for a while.
These things need to stop. I need to shift this fat. I need to look better than I do.
Luckily next week I am off, I can go for a run each morning. Gonna get fit again.
