life is honestly decent, but have you ever had the urge to just choke the living shit out of everyone near you, even when they did nothing/ are good people/nice?

I suddenly feel like that..like everyones full of shit or a pain in my ass. I have no damn clue why this is O_O

I just wanna blood choke em out..wait till they wait up, and blood choke em out again ( if you do not know what a blood choke is, just know you will be passed out in about 8 seconds or less)

Much less that extreme feeling is the need to metaphorically burn everything down, to extringuish everything around me.
And I know this isn't the first time I got like this.ANY time things start going calm, and decent, and not overbearing, I get freaked and insist to somehow make it all explode in fire and ash.
