8 years ago I survived a spinal cord injury that left me with permanent disabilities and meant I had to give up most of my hobbies. One of the few I've got to keep is photography. However I live is a small remote community (less than 900 people) in the Australian outback hundreds of kilometres from the nearest town. So all my photography is done when I travel. The current shutdown has meant that this too has been taken from me. I feel a bit petty complaining about this when so many people are sick and dying but there are not many joys left in my life any more and photography is one of the greatest. For all our sakes I hope this passes soon.
