Hola mi gente,
I have been working very hard this year. I'm painting our home to set up to sell it. We moved the garage I work at across town and people are still very sick in the area so I'm masked up all the time. It's hard but the people I'm around are great, mostly. I didn't think about it until now but my Mom and I have never been close and how we both changed up our eating style to mostly vegan in the last two years. We have found a common bond over cat videos and vegan youtube channels.
This is the one we watched five states away from each other this morning.
I'm going to try to make the bean avocado sandwich tomorrow morning. I only started eating vegan because as I have gotten older my stomach doesn't enjoy fish as much. I seem to crave veggies more and less rice. It's strange but I'm happy with all these recipes.
Put together a painting over night. Kept thinking about Buffalo shooting. Wanted to make something with how I was feeling.
