Well, last night turned out to be a good night.....
It was supposed to be a slow night at work, and therefore I was the only bartender on schedule. Around 11 or so, a girl and a few of her friends came in and wanted to have a little bday party in the VIP for maybe 30 people. Well, in like 30 minutes, there were over 100 people there, taking up the whole bar, and being that I was the only bartender, I CLEANED UP $$$$$$
Ah, I love it when that kind of stuff happens. Now, the OTHER place I started bartending at wants me full time. The other night, the boss came over and said, "John what will it take for you to come over to us full time? Tell me how much money you need to make, and what days your want, and it's yours." Well, yesterday afternoon, I told him what I wanted and he said he's gonna talk to upper management and see if they can do it. Cool, huh?
