It's a constant rain. I feel I'm in Seattle without the caffiene! Well, the weekend is nearing so that's good.

On another note, perhaps the most eclectic movie soundtrack: Wayne's World 2. My opinion anyway.

Oh Yeah!

The lovely Inphamus1 is back and I'm going to a baseball game tomorrow. All is good!
lilc:
who won the game???
javacat:
The SF Giants. But it was a good game -- despite a rain delay of almost 3 hours!

I'm discovering that many, if not most, of my favorite SuicideGirls and Friends of SuicideGirls are either gay or bisexual. I'm not sure why that is, though perhaps it makes sense: Over the years, I have had many lesbian and bi friends. At the risk of generalizing, I find them more interesting and creative than many of the other women with whom I am acquainted....

Spent some time out of the country -- in the sun and in the rum. It's amazing what's out there. As Americans -- and I do apprecaite where I live -- we tend to think all begins and ends at our borders. But there's so much more in terms of culture and opportunities. It was a good week.

Took some time away but glad to be back. Y'all look great, as always.

Heading out on vacation in a few days. Much needed, much anticipated.

Happy Presidents Day! We need a new one, by the way.

Anyway, this site is interesting because -- among many other reasons -- there's always a new person who comes along with whom you find a connection. People come and go but you're never really alone here. That's Suicide Girls and I do appreciate it.

Been travelling a bit lately and it's given me the time to consider how I spend my time and money. So, I think moving around has helped me to realize it's time to move on.
gwenyfver:
I'll either be using Gwen or Star. Not sure yet. But definitly come and introduce yourself smile This is my first time doing this sort of thing so don't expect too much wink
gwenyfver:
I generally work 8-2 on Thursday and 10-4 on Fridays and Saturdays. I might have this Saturday off, I'm not sure yet though.

And I go by Star.

OK, so Brooks and Dunn are now opening for the Rolling Stones. What does that say about society? I think the lines of distinction are more and more blurred; not a bad thing. Though, when you talk about the economic schism in this country, well that's hurtful to too many people...not just the "have-nots" but the "haves" as well. I am disappointed we haven't done...

Taking a deep breath ... So, I'm spending part of my weekend having intense lasers shot into my eyes so that I can abandon glasses and contact lenses -- which have been regular parts of my life since the sixth grade -- and actually see the alarm clock (and the rest of life around me) in the morning. It's a little nerve wracking but I'm...

Happy New Year.

Here's hoping that 2006 is a better year for those who found 2005 to be shitty. To everyone else, well... hope it's a good year for you too.

And, yeah, be safe out there tonight!
marllee:
well i'm late about it but at least i get to be the first to say happy new year dear smile
