Hey all! I've been a little busy as you can all imagine after two posts ago. Lots of work. I'm actually at work right now...funny right? The weekend was filled with debauchery and craziness as usual. Nothing really new there with the exception of Katie Bied walking in on my sleeping naked on my back with no covers on. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I don't remember that happening, but I'm sure she will remember it for the rest of her life!
On Saturday my mom, sis, and Hal (mom's boyfriend) came up to Syracuse to visit. It was nice. I got out of work and they got here about 20 minutes after with my mountain bike, my air conditioner (which will hopefully be installed by Monday or Tuesday), and a shit-load of groceries. Good groceries too. Chicken breasts, filet mignon steaks, pork tenderloin, potatoes, snacks, eggs, milk, bread, toilet paper, etc... The list is endless! After we unpacked everything we took a little trip to Tully's on Erie Blvd. for some dinner. They then made the trip home.
I haven't gotten ill from drinking in probably 2 years, well up until this past week. I've gotten sick twice this past week after drinking. I attribute it to the lack of food I ate those days. On day 1 of getting sick I had 2 scrambled eggs for lunch and 2 packs of ramen for dinner, went out, got trashed, slept in my garbage can because I was dry heaving like a mofo! On day 2 of getting sick (last night), I ate only a chicken breast sandwich that I made and small piece of cake for Rob Swan's birthday. This was a funny getting sick though. I knew it was coming all of a sudden. I had felt fine up to this point and I felt fine after. I just got a little dizzy and told a few people to open the sliding door because I wanted to go outside. They didn't. Instead they laughed at me. I said it again and they continued to laugh (drunk idiots). I then puked in my mouth, cheeks puffed, hand over my lips, and I started running to the door. The force of the puke in my mouth though caused liquid to squirt from the corners of my mouth since my hand was covering it. It was pretty funny and gross for that matter. I felt fine though when I was done and the rest of the evening went on without a hitch.
Tonight I am going to watch House, MD (taped from last night). I'm a little distraught about watching it because Cameron said that she quit last week. I love Cameron and I'm not really sure what I will do if she's not on the show anymore. Following this I will probably watch some [adult swim] and then go to bed. I actually have to get up tomorrow morning at like 7:30am because I have a mandatory "well-elder" session from 8:30-10:30am. I will basically be telling old people not to fall down and asking them questions to assess their risk of falling in their home. Stupid? Probably.
Alright, one more thing and then I'm going to go. Last Thursday I posted that I was going to go see "Sin City" as a floor program that night. Let me just tell you that "Sin City" is absolutely the best movie I've seen in probably my whole life. The mirroring of the comic style mixed with the outstanding storylines chosen mixed with an all-star cast mixed with some amazing cinematography just blew my mind. I would see it over and over and over again. It is the first movie in probably the past year and a half that I've seen in the theater and will go out and purchase when the DVD becomes available.
Well, that is enough blabbing on from me. I'm, hopefully this weekend, going to be catching up on other's blogs and probably posting some comments. So, look for something special from Jason.
Enjoy the spring weather!

and to respond to your comment about the clipless...it's seems to be unnecessarily expensive. If you're looking for inexpensive bike stuffs, you should check our permorfancebike.com. They have a really good selection of stuff and some of it is on the cheap. I've bought several "performance" branded items for cheap and they seem to be working out great.
other than that...sounds like you've been busy. man...the memories of puking while drunk. not fun.
