I need to update that picture of myself. My head is not completely shaved anymore, although I guess it would be quite easy to just BIC it again.
Today was a "Jason isn't doing a god-damned thing" day. With the exception of going downtown to the bank and Friendly's with Ben and Brugger for dinner, I didn't do anything. I did watch "Taxi," which by the way was probably the worst movie I have ever seen in my entire life, with the exception of the hot bank robbers and police lieutenant. Other than that - "Taxi" = SHIT!
I think we are playing beer pong pyramid-style tonight in Roy's room at 10. That should be fun. For those of you that understand beer pong, but not pyramid-style let me give you the low down.
Pyramid-style is basically what it sounds like. You start with 10 cups, next layer up is 6, next layer up is 3, and finally 1 on top. Total 20 cups. I would suggest putting beer in each layer as you go! After the setup, each team of 4 begins. All 4 players on a side throw and you get the ball back if 3 of the 4 players make it. If a ball goes in a layer lower then the uppermost, then every cup that the cup that was made would support must also be drank. This allows for some shots to bring down upwards of 5 cups at once. Bounces count as normal shots. Rearranges come into play once the top three layers are removed and only the bottom layer remains. A rearrange is only done ONCE and is at the request of the team shooting and there are no mid-turn rearranges, which makes this quite difficult sometimes with 4 players on each team. Altogether the game is a blast!!!
Alright, it is about time for me to take my Zoloft and then go veg for a bit while I'm waiting for pong to start at 10. Maybe I'll do some reading. I have a slew of books to read right now. Currently I'm reading "Driving Mr. Albert: A Trip Across America with Einstein's Brain" by Michael Paterniti. I'm also reading "Days of Love, Nights of War: Crimethink for Beginners" by the Crimethinc Workers Collective, Inc. The latter of those two is difficult to get through so I've been reading it simultaneously with other books. Under those though I have two Chuck Palahniuk (the author of "Fightclub") books: "Choke" and "Diary." Finally, I have "The Catcher in the Rye" by J.D. Salinger and "Science and the Akashic Field: An Internal Theory of Everything" by Ervin Laszlo. Maybe I can finish one of the first two and start working on something new!!!
Hope all is well with all of you!
Peace!
