I had a 28 kilometers bike ride today
(drove to work and back home after for the first time ever! I should sell my car and getting fit!)

Ran 10Km this morning, b4 getting ready for work. Love it.

I hate doing cardio these days, but I just do tri and bi's mon, chest tues, legs wed, back thurs and shoulders fri than rest on the weekend. Prefer to do isolation exercises at the gym instead of crossfit. Crossfit doesnt get you big just toned I find.
