As it turns out I've found my favorite form of punctuation is the elipses. Good times, it is.
When I first got back to the states I couldn't force myself to stay in bed any later than seven thirty in the am. Now that I've been home I have found myself not being able to crawl out of my cotton cocoon much before one in the pm. Sure, I need to catch up on sleep after the nites I've been having, but I feel seriously lazy after that.
This morning was no different. I crawled out around one and went for a run. I have grown to enjoy them over the course of six/seven months. But, I have to tell you that the initial ten minutes at the start is pure hell. I do about four miles everyday, but that first six hundred seconds whatever diety has it in for me...well he takes his tolls out. I taste the beer I drank the nite before and I cough up every cigarette I thought I had snubbed out in the ashtray at the bar and my legs rebel in ways that I can only describe as painful. But once I crest onto seven hundred seconds - all is right with the world. I'm not sure if I'm making my body stronger or tearing it apart. Ah well, it is an amusement park, after all. Might as well treat it as such.
