what kind of work do you do, i know a bunch of people that come into my restaurant that are business people. by "in my head" i meant that my ability to talk myself out of running has gotten really good

i think i was kind of over doing the running, and messing up my foot kind of made me realize that. i still eat really well, so i am not a total cow yet!! i ran today after some time off, and did okay, but it gave me the itch to get back into it again. i will keep my ears and eyes open with the business dudes i wait on every day, can't hurt
