So this weekend was really great and chilled! I went to watch a Cape Town Hardcore band, Peasant on Friday night at the Bo'. was a great gig, my friends Brainwreck totally fucking rocked it, there was mosh pitting and pavement pounding, great night.
Saturday was spent naked in bed, the ENTIRE day, rewatching season 4 of Breaking Bad. Why? Cause I can haha.... I had two shoots cancel on me so I took the opportunity to just veg out. Lots of Coffee, Walter White and Ramen noodles. Best. Saturday!!!! I still need to watch season 5. Although how they could top Gus getting blown up in the last episode, pure genius!
Today I went for a photowalk. There is alot of open land around where we stay. In South Africa we call this 'Veld'. The shit thing is in winter they set fire to the open land sometimes, as its just a bunch of dry grass, when spring hits and the first rains it instantly goes green again. But straight after a fire, walking through the Veld it's very Apocalyptic......
And then, there was this.... I was so disturbed!!! I think it was a small dog that got caught in the fire. Seeing the bones was so.......Final. We said a small goodbye to the spirit and walked on though.
This evening I cooked omlettes for dinner and now I'm chilling with my pup Leena, she's a Pittie, 2 years old but still my bae.....
and i'm messing with my camera settings..... so I took some pics....
