As you know I've got a set in Member Review Called "Amethyst". https://www.suicidegirls.com/girls/janesinner/album/2579054/amethyst/ But you don't know the story behind it!
I'm friends with dear @juliaprudence for about 5 years already. She's a wonderful photographer and a beautiful pin-up girl (check her profile!). She did a few photoshoots for me before, they all were very different style - gothic, fetish, pin-up etc and I knew she's been a fan of SuicideGirls like me! After I started shooting for SG, found out all the rules and little tricks of shooting sets and started recruiting it was just a matter of time when we shoot a set together:) And it finally happened on the last days of August!
We finally booked a gorgeous location (its so gorgeous that its usually booked a month aheadš±) and couldn't want till the date! But then... It was raining the whole dayš° Well it's more of a usual reality here in Saint P than a surprise but we didn't expect it and of course were not happy that it happened( Anyway, our passion to create something beautiful was bigger than fear of getting wet! Everything including those plants and that wicker bench on location was wet and the giant umbrella above could only save me a little. My brave photographer had to shoot under rain and we can only thank god that her camera was ok afterwards!
I think you can see a bit of rain drops on some of the photos:) And looks at the colors! Everything looks so fresh and breathing, i absolutely love itā¤ļø
Finding a good theme and naming sets is the hardest part - many SG's can agree with me here š I couldn't find any set theme good enough for this location... and ten came the name. Amethyst! My favorite stoneš® I remembered that I've got some amethyst jewelry and how good it would look with my new striped dress. Voila!
This was my first set with @juliaprudence and its unforgettable because it changed our lives - Julia loved shooting for SG so much that right now she's got a few sets for other russian girls in MR and about 20 of girls and me in the queue!
Now when you know a little bit more it's time to see the set in a different light - or for the first time, if you didn't have a chance to look yet;) link is here: amethyst set
