There are different variations & tools I use to try to maintain & control my stress. My go to girl is nature, being outside talking a walk along the trees or even across town is really nice; nothing in your ear, and I feel revived when I get back. Also helps me keep from acting on impulse & potentially hurting someone's feelings because of my own coping mechanisms.
I'm a dancing machine. I live on the fringe with my dance, I'm all imrpov & I wanna feel it. A good song can change an attitude sometimes :)
Helping people. Whether be your neighbor is short on grocery cash, or your compliment made that sweet grandma lady grin ear to ear. Helping to make someone feel better usually does the trick if the above have failed me.
Too much stress can be dentermental to your health in a variations of ways. So make sure you put a good effort into finding out whats buggin you out if it's reoccurring.
