Hi @missy and @rambo
What type of food do you eat? How do you feel about it? I'm trying to exclude sweet soda, chips, crackers, flour, and generally sweet, too salty, smoked foods, as well as minimize the consumption of pork and beef. I try to consume more vegetables and fruits, in the summer it is easier to do.
This is an experiment, I will track the results:3

I have the prettiest organic garden this year. And just picked 4 buckets of vegetables. Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Bell Peppers, Red Onions, Cabbage, Sweetcorn, Egg Plant, Beets, and two heads of Lettuce, and Red Potatoes, from my mom's garden. Grilling outside tonight, campfire, cold wine. Cooking tonight, and letting my hardworking vegan girlfriend chill. Funny shit, we have two bar b q grills my grill, her vegan grill. Tonight my grill Ribeye Steak, Baked Beans and Baked Potatoes. Vegan grill, has never had meat on it. On the vegan grill Corn On The Cob, Grilled Egg Plant, Grilled Veggies, Head Of Cabbage with the core cut out, add garlic butter place in grill, with the core up. And I made cole slaw, baking a Apple Pie on the vegan grill also. We eat fresh vegetables out of my garden, everyday from May to November. And I forgot about the Carrots, Radishes, Squash, and Water Melons I picked this morning. In October I'll have Spinish, Pumpkins, Kale, Turnips, Apples.

@weedfarmer It sounds very cool and delicious! * _ *It is very convenient to grow fruits and vegetables at home, from which they are probably a thousand times tastier!
