So, the preparations for moving go on. I have been trying to do little things here and there to make it easier on myself. Getting rid of the junk that has accumulated around the house makes me feel much more in control and eliminates a lot of stress, which is always a good thing. I had to sit down the other night and go through all the pictures I got from my grandparent's house, which was kind of sad but fun at the same time. I actually found my prom picture, which is just insane. I would post it if I had a scanner, but sadly I do not. The weather has been nice here the past few days and that makes me really happy. So nice to be able to sleep with the window open again. i sense rambling coming on, so I will stop with all that.

grayness asked me after my last blog what I like to cook when I cook for a large group of people. It's funny that Lusyd and I were just talking about cooking yesterday and swapped a couple recipes. When I cook for a lot of people, I love to make big fancy pasta dishes. I use my wok, which may seem weird, but it is an awesome vessel for holding large amounts. I make whatever type of sauce I am making (always from scratch) and then just toss the pasta and stuff right in there. I invented my own personal party pasta a couple years ago and it is always a huge hit. I find that in the winter, enchiladas always go over really well...I have made them for several Super Bowl get togethers and it is always fun.
