Do I love to cook? Oh, it's probably a matter of mood. I can cook very simple meals (soups, side dishes, etc.). Sometimes I like to cook something interesting, but often I get bored with homemade food.
By the way, I have one great skill - I can cook delicious liver. If you have ever tried a liver and you did not like it, then know that after my recipe you will not be torn off from this dish.
My secret is that before cooking, I soak the diced liver in milk and leave it in the fridge overnight. And then I take it out, fry it with onions for literally 10-15 minutes and add a little water. After another five minutes, add flour and mix over low heat. Salt and pepper to taste.
This liver in sauce goes great with mashed potatoes.
