anyhow, i think i'ma talk aboot work...
first off, i love my job; 3 1/2 years should prove that. but lately it's been feeling like a dead end; like there's nothing more for me, mainly due to my being male. while not true, it's not false either; any argument, however, can only be viewed as me whining aboot my lack of advancement, so i'm not backing that up at the moment.
perhaps it's just the stress getting to me. I am pretty much the sole stock associate, and have been for many months. sure, i've some help; but it's perhaps once every other week that that person works
. so it's just me, responsible for getting all that lingere out to the floor...with very little R&R...
OH! and last week was a first; Hoo-Ray!! It was the first complaint against me of a (quasi-)sexual harassment. Let me clarify though, before all y'all think i'm even more of a pig: Someone in my store can't take a compliment; even my boss, who brought this up to me, thinks so. Aparrently, one of the girls was looking at something in the back, conversing with me while looking at what came in that week. she made a comment that something was cute (i.e. she liked it, and would, assumingly, be inclined to purchase it); I apparently replied something to the tune of, "yeah, it is...you should get it; it would look good on you." nothing unusual out of my mouth, but it's not like there was any context behind that. but noooo...ms. full-of-herself had to hear, "I'm picturing you in that; and i'ma masturbate thinking of that image later tonight" what really hurts me about all this is that work used to be a casual environment; we all joked around with each other...hell the day i found out about this complaint, one of my managers gave me a wee jab about my small penis (*special note: her remark is unfounded 
). and my boss told me that the complainee has been one to joke around with me too!!
