Today! Yeah! I had my follow up with the doctor... No more stitches! However I will still be on Cipro for 2 more weeks! The doc said my ear is looking much better though! So to reward myself for being a good healer.. I went to Borders. I bought a couple magazines and a 1st edition hardback book: Neil Gaimen--- Neverwhere. I read it about 6 years ago. LOVED IT! However I lent my paperback to my mom and never saw it again! so I was really stoked to see the hardback on the shelf and checked the printing.... Yippee 1st ed.!!!

You must understand, I never collected records, I like music but not enough to know alot about it... I love movies and once had an extensive dvd/vhs collection... When me and my ex split... he took alot. I was just happy to be rid of him and am slowly getting my collection built back up. But I LOVE books! When I was young the first book I read over and over was Charlotte's Web... As I have gotten older, I still enjoy getting lost in a book...(although I don't get to as much as I'd want...) I can also remember i loved the chronicles of narnia... maybe I'll get those since they have long since been forgotten in my mind...
Oh yeah before my ramble.. I do collect 1st Edition Hardback books... I am quite stingy as to who I will lend them out to, for fear of never getting them back... I guess besides art books have ALWAYS been a passion of mine.
So anyways if you have never read Neverwhere... run and pick up a copy... I promise you will be hooked. Neil Gaimen is an amazing author.... almost seems to transform you into the setting as if you were there alongside the characters!
