I suppose I ought to update this thing since I haven't done it in so long.

I've finally caught a breather and I'm taking a break from the business to do some writing. The rent's paid up through March, so I might as well give it a try. I probably won't get anywhere with it, as usual, but I'm just sooooo damned bored with designing web sites. Well, not so much with the web design, but more with the customers. Self-employment isn't all it's cracked up to be. I think I'd rather deal with a boss than directly with customers. I am piss poor at selling or marketing or whatever the fuck you want to call it. Maybe I'll start going through the want ads for a firm that needs a web designer.

Then again maybe I'll go back to grad school and get back into what I really want to do. Oh, it would be so nice to be out in a field right now in the cold air with an antenna in my hand tracking voles, instead of stuck in this little house in front of my computer all day and night, 80 fucking hours a week!

Thank no god it's Tuesday. At least I'll have plenty of Andromeda to watch when I get done here. ... Aw, fuck, I forgot I gotta sink-load of dishes to do. By the time I get done with that I'll probably just go straight to bed. Damn! Oh well, I've got a DVR. I can watch Andromeda tomorrow.
