Valerian root helps a lot with falling asleep...i've found it at rite aid, etc... and it's pretty cheap (< 10 bucks)...take 2 and hour before you want to go to sleep and it should do the trick...
and re allowing teenagers to drink at your home...such a fucking liability on the hosting parents part...all they need is a stupid kid driving home drunk and getting in an accident...they would have a serious lawsuit on their hands!!!
oh, and valerian root is totally chemical free, therefore pretty non-addictive
