Learning to say NO.
I can't believe how liberating and relaxing it is to say "no, I'm tired. I'm going to lay low tonight." when that is exactly how you feel. I can make so many more examples, but it's not necessary. Talk about feeling the stress melt away...
I think my body and mind are taking a collective deep breath from the last few years of incredible stress and change. At least that's how I'm translating my feelings these days. Hope I'm right and not just beeing lazy...
