One of the biggest dilemmas or sources of conflict in our company lately has been 3 out of 4 of us are not in favor of using unethical and questionable business practices. The one who is controls the purse strings, and is the bully of the group. So instantly conflict arises. But I'm not sure how things are gong to play out.
I'm just looking out for #1 and doing what I need to do to get some offers from other companies. That will bring me to a decision. If i don't get any offers and can't find other work I don't have a choice. So I'm just keeping my head, relaxing, and taking it a day at a time.
I get a calm about me before a change takes place, and this feels remarkably the same as any other time I've changed direction in life. I think it's my way of telling myself that the change is what my heart wants to do regardless of what my overactive head is trying to rationalize.

can't wait. its been a couple of months since we have seen them. we saw them on new years eve last year, that was awesome! ringing in 2005 with clutch, couldn't have been better!
