It's been a while since I updated my progress. Well my goal by turning 40 was to get down to 210 from 230. I was doing well prior to the quarantines and got to 219, I made it about a month before I lost focus. 3 weeks ago I finally got back into the gym and started working out again. Started at 231 but my body quickly remembered what it was like and hit 40 at 222.
