So I didn't post to finish February but after peaking at 228 pounds, I spent three last week and a half switching to a high intensity workout. I dropped to 224 but wanted to ensure that trend was legit. It was as I finished the following week at 221. I managed to still do some workouts during my half vacation (was supposed to go on a cruise but canceled). Gyms are closed so hopefully I can figure out a good plan at home.
