Over the last couple of years I've allowed myself to put on weight, though I've went to the gym my diet wasn't great. Towards the end of the year I started getting my diet back on track even though I traveled for 3 months straight. Since the year began I've been in the gym 4 times a week. My starting weight is 221, my goal is to be under 210 by the time I turn 40 in October, stretch goal is 200.
I'd be happy to look halfway between how I do now and how I did at 30.
