Felt like I haven't been making progress in the gym but comparing June (top) to today (bottom) I can definitely see some change in shape. Gives me some motivation. Was stuck at 225-228 for a while but now down to 221-222.
Sometimes all you need is a hot shower. My second Covid shot really got me good. I also don't do hot showers. But after a long hot shower, felt so much better, relaxed, and even a little hot after I looked in the mirror.
After Covid and the lock downs knocked me off my getting back in shape journey and my goal to hit 210 by 40, I entered 40 at 222. 4 months later I'm at 225 but feeling way better and back into shape. Resetting my goal of 210 for this October, which will get my back under 34" instead of the 36" I'm starting to push....
