i just unexpectedly caught a great documentary on pbs. stax. i think it's stax. featuring a watts music festival from 1973 juxtaposed with richard pryor commentary and a bunch of other stuff. i wish there was somewhere i could go out to that played stax record label 1972-1975 music. it was so inspirational. but i guess now i'll get back to reading adam smith's wealth of nations. it's better than i thought it would be, but i'm only on page 183 and there are 1028 pages. although it's interesting at times, i keep falling asleep. would it be terrible to just read the one sentence summaries for each paragraph rather than the entire paragraph?

i'm feeling inspired, but not for adam smith rightnow.
