its a skill that takes experience. thats why you see the dad cliche' type...you cant teach the timing , the knack of measuring ...etc in cooking school. i know, baby its a must-have skill in texas style cooking. my dad wont teach me shit about it. its like a secret underground movement with these old sons of bitches.

but no doubt, i will master the spatula. i will not dry out a steak no longer. fuck the twenty-minute-on-each-side rule...it doesnt work. i will torture and interrogate my dad and extract his secrets. that bastard sum bitch is gonna pay and give it up.
