Oh my fucking god you guys! So lemme tell you about something pretty cool! Last night I went to the black hearts burlesque show in Austin at Emo's and it was fucking phenomenal! Also! Alsoooo.... They picked girls from the audience to come up and have a friendly strip tease competition! So one of my besties @fmm08 raises my hand and her hand and we get called and she drags me up to the stage. Granted we have both been dancers since childhood but it's been awhile for me. I suffered a really bad back injury and ruptured 4 discs in my lower lumbar, couldn't walk couldn't do anything for 4 years. So 2 spinal surgeries and a bariatric surgery later and a year of recovery my goofy ass is up on this fucking stage getting into strip tease shenanigans lol. So the music starts girls start taking clothes of I start dancing and striping and at first I'm so nervous but then it kicks in and I dunno I just feel like who the fuck cares what these people think! I'm a fucking SG hopeful I'm damn sexy no matter what size and what I've been through I'm going to dance my fucking ass off with my friend! Well I couldn't get all my clothes off, my corset got stuck so I rolled with it and teased and peekabooed my sexy ass off. And then the music stops and they start showing us off (it was an audience applause vote) the girl next to me is nude except for panties, other girls didn't take much off, I was sure the mostly naked girl would win. So they bring 4 of us up I was included, 4 of us out of 12 maybe. And they vote again and it's me and naked girl. At this point I am flattered to even be in the top two. So she steps forward and the crowd goes wild, I'm clapping for her she's got this in the bag and then it's my turn to step up I shimmy my boobs, wiggle my ass and give a twirl and a bow, just being my goofy self and the crowd explodes. They raise my hand up as the fucking winner! I couldn't believe it! I got a MFC bag chock full of goodies! I'm still giddy! And I got a free year subscription to SG. I asked the girl who was up there with me if she had a membership and she said no so I gave the free year to her. She had balls to go up there and strip and I was taught to share in your victories. I hope she goes on to become an SG, she was adorable and so sweet! But my lesson is that I shouldn't judge myself and shouldn't give a fuck about what people might think. I may not have been fully nude but they fucking loved me anyway because I allowed ME up on stage. People even wanted pictures with me so how cool is that. My next goal is to join black heart burlesque. So tryouts here I come!!!
