Yet again, I MOVED. It's true. It happened. Now I live between a major river and some major train tracks. This is a temporary situation so I can finish my big work stuff.

I am looking into going abroad for awhile... or making a major move. So drawn to PDX. Over and over. Just haven't been able to get myself to do it-- why?! I wish Americans could get working holiday visas more places-- there's only a handful of places and I'm not terribly pulled toward any. I'm considering applying for a working holiday visa in Ireland because I think the weather there would really do me good I've heard it is a bit like Nova Scotia weather-- and I love Nova Scotia's weather.

I have been hosting & organizing a women's music night every week which has been really awesome. We've been full to capacity repeatedly--- nice. I've organized a drag show/cabaret this weekend complete with burlesque and belly dancers, fire breathers, drag kings and queers, and a lesbian DJ. It is hard to focus on the many, many private events I'm handling when I have more fun things on my mind Alas... this is the world of a grown up.

Also, I cut my hair right the fuck off the other day. It had been progressively getting shorter (it's been really short before, but I experiment with growing it out)... and now I am happy because I have to do very, very little to deal with it. Win.
