I just made a wild blueberry-olive oil crumb cake. Ohmygoddelicious.
I also gave myself a mani-pedi....
Was up way too early so I went grocery shopping as soon as the stores opened. Observing other people out shopping at such an ungodly hour, I got to thinking about eating habits...
After some inner philosophizing, I ended up looking in my fridge and cabinets and realized there are some things I *always* have ...
Tomatoes in many preparations. Whole wheat tortillas. Mozzarella. Those Dare brand baguette cracker things. Lentils. Some kind of leafy green. Organic kefir. Oats. Extra virgin olive oil. Frozen berries. Yogurt. Pigeon Peas. 8035635 kinds of hot sauce and/or jarred hot peppers. Canned pumpkin. Brown rice. Zucchini. Ranch dressing. Bittersweet chocolate. Beer.
(Casual observation informs me that Shaine always has canned corn, canned mushrooms, refried beans that are actually from Mexico, baby bok choy, more mushrooms, freezies, hamburgers, also beer, and endless eggs)
(My girlfriend has like 42 kinds of salad dressing but I never see her eat salad, hotdogs, hamburger buns -- hmmmmmm what?, processed cheese, Doritos, bagels, and pre-made pasta sauce... I'll convert her yet!)
(My parents always have a crazy variety of pickles, olives, mustards, and ever flavor of seltzer you can imagine)
