Yesterday was a day straight from hell. I had to take Mary Jane back to the vet because she was losing function in her rear legs... and we got the worst news possible. She has a compressed disc in her back and needs to have back surgery.
This is a surgery that we simply can't afford, and I'm broken to pieces. I don't know what I would do without her. I'm afraid that she will lose all function to her rear legs and not be able to save her....

The surgery will cost about $8,000 not including the travel and hotel cost. We are doing everything we can to give her the fullest life possible.
I'm gonna go back to holding her and crying now. but just know if you choose to help and all your supportive word on my posts are greatly appreciated. I'm just an emotion wreck and haven't responded. But i am seeing every single one of them.
