So, I'm almost completely de-piggy-flued.... If it was swine flu, it was a flu... got swabbed and everything so I'll be waiting to find out if it was swine for real or not.
Yesterday i went out and got lunch, because I was hungry...and tired of being in bed for the last few days, my boy and I went downtown and picked up Stargate Atlantis seasons 1 and 2 for $20.00 a season! I already had three and four, got them on sale a while ago. I'm a huge Stargate geek, like...mega. The boy and I have been going through Stargate SG-1 like crazy while sick, and we've hit season 9 so I knew we'd need to move on to Atlantis after! I'm glad I finally got them, I don't have cable and haven't for years so i've never seen atlantis other than the DVD's I've picked up. ((I may have, and I mean I did, buy The Fifth Element as well! On sale for $8.00!)
I also got new shoooeeess!!!! Aren't they amazing? It's been ages since I've bought myself anything other than photography gear. So Stargate, Fifth Element, and these shoes are what I get for my birthday this month.
Sometimes you need to get yourself something, sometimes you need to spend a little on YOU! So tell me, what have you done to make yourself feel important lately?
