My first blog entry, Good Times!!
I have been thinking about doing the SG thing for a while and I finally was found someone to help me put together a shoot to submit. Yes Yes I know the lighting is off. But I tried and I plan to try again.
So far I have been really excited with all of the support I have recieved from people with questions and issues I have run into. The community on here is great and I cant wait to meet more people.
I started a new job yesterday for an awsome laid back design company. It seems to be a perfect fit so far, I could not be happier. I am in AZ staying at the owners house getting my quick 4 day training. (I am loving the 60 degree weather. So much better than the 20 degrees I left) I even wore shorts today.
Today we started talking about things and life and everything else that cameup. I was testing my waters and I brought up my SG venture. She had never heard of it but wanted to know more right away. Just at that moment her husband walks into the room and sees us on the site. His eyes got huge and he asked what we were doing. Her first question was, "Do you know of this website?" And he said, "uh uh yeah I do." We laughed so hard.
Plus tonight they are taking me for a nice sushi dinner. The perfect way to treat a new employee I say.
See how perfect and open my new job is. I cant wait to get back to UT and start work.
