Whee!! Howdy!!
So what's new with me?
1. Acquired a killer piece of art yesterday. It fits the walls in my office perfectly. I'd show you a picture, but I don't have one. So there.
2. Bought some music too.
New York Dolls I'm digging Trash, Bad Girl, and Pills
Crain "Heater" their lesser known recording, but heavier and greasier than "Speed". Awesome.
Sonic Youth "Experimental Jet Set yadda yadda yadda" Haven't listened to it yet, but being true to my promise to get their "new" albums (for me that means post 1991. eesh.)
Saturday Morning a compilation of various people doing cartoon theme songs. It kicks ass. Imagine, if you can, Sublime doing "Hong Kong Phooey", or the Ramones with "Spiderman". I know, your mind just exploded. ear X tacy is the best record store ever. period.
3. I have to fix the lawnmower. The grass is getting insane and threatening to take over. The dogs are starting to get lost in it.
