Have a great weekend everyone!!
I'll be incognito for a couple of days. Our first official annual event is this weekend, at Locust Grove, a lovely 1790 historic home we have here, replete with period furnishings, original outbuildings, bricks made on site, and a working outdoor kitchen on 60 or so original acres.
Also the last home of George Rogers Clark (brother of William Clark, of the Lewis and Clark expedition) for those who give a shit. Conqeror (sic) of the Northwest for the US in the Revolution.
One of my fav events of the year, and i'm looking forward to it. Hope to have some pics next week.
Of course, it had been, and still is, raining big nasty cats and dogs all day.
Yay!
