-around 3:00pm

- Who haven't I been? Procrastination, my old friend...

- They are always lame

- thank god no!!

- I walk some, but a good workout? Years...

- I never hit the snooze (I just reset the alarm)

- Yuppie? I like good wine and port, but i don't know if that qualifies... ok yeah i guess it does.

- Either. Both.

- Too many to think of the GREATEST, however the LATEST was in August- somewhere between 18-24 high alcohol dark beers, with some rum and port thrown on top for good measure.

- No

- yes, somewhat

- Yes, please!!

- Quit smoking. Married my wife. Oops- that's two.

- Sometimes i don't know if they are REALLY proud of me at all.

-to make at least ONe of our dreams come true.

- Yes, but I rarely am ambitious enough to try that hard for first.

- No, I don't think so- or if I did, i didn't feel like I had a higher skill level.

- Yeah- it sucks, though I have to say I (once, long before Regan) did the cheating. It really is no fun on either side.

- Yes

- the ability to be utterly carefree, the balls to make the leap

Anyway, had a HUGELY busy weekend, in a fun way. had my family birthday get together Friday eve. First time on a weeknight EVER. In 35 years. Was a little weird. had to do it then because my brother in law is going hunting the next 2 weekends ina row, at this place he and a friend lease out in bumfuck. Not like I don't LIVE in bumfuck. So anyway, got to Mom and Dad's, and their power was out. dad admitted he had been to the store already that day when the power was out, but didn't bother to get any more candles than the 2 he had. It was going to be a dark birthday. apparently he also didn't bother to get all the things for dinner. Guy's going senile or something.
So I go to the store, get a shitload of candles and Crisco, and as soon as I get back and light them the power comes back on. Hmmm.
Then we had a fight. He disappears for half an hour, we are all waiting to go home cuz it's late, we look ALL OVER the house, I look ALL OVER outside, and eventually I find him way in the corner outside, talking on the phone,and HE gets snippy with ME!!
Nice party though.
Saturday, we were at a craft show all day- up at 6, out the door by 7, at the place by 8. setup by 9, then sit on the ass all day. Nice.
Christmas bazaar, so not a whole lot of things to look at, though the quality was pretty high. Did meet some nice folks though- Neil Gaiman fans.
We ran to Dee's to restock craft supplies, got some horse feed, and then R went home, and I went and had SUSHI!! Yea!! hen went to my friends new apt. nice place- then we went out and proceeded to drink microbrew til we were silly. Delicious fresh brewed pints of porter and ale!!
Then yesterday, had a nice lazy Sun morning, then went into town and saw Mirrormask- it is a MUST SEE!
Not the BEST movie ever, but very good, and absolutely stunningly beautiful and eerie and grotesque all at once. Written by Neil Gaiman, designed and directed by Dave McKean (who did the design and all the covers for Sandman).
The story is solid, and like i say the look is incredible. Kind of a coming of age, kind of a fable, how to deal with the good/evil in al of us, etc. nice movie.Then we had sushi- AGAIN!! Yea!!

And then i skipped out on work today.


Been enjoying some new (old) music today-
bought Dead kenedy's "Fresh Fruit..." couple a days ago on CD. Lovin it.
And I got Rush "Permanent Waves" and "2112" for the B-Day. No, really I DID ask for them, I promise.
