How many of you guys photoshop/airbrush/otherwise edit to supposedly "improve" your appearance in pictures before posting or sharing them?

I'm just curious. I see pictures of people on LJ and Flickr with this "flawless" skin, but really it just looks....photoshopped.

Nope. I wouldn't even if I knew enough about photoshop (or the GIMP, in my case) to do it.

Well, except maybe to art them up with a bas relief or something.
