really there wasn't a whole lot to it. get there, check in, go by wardrobe so they can make sure what you are wearing is ok, which made me laugh because they wanted us to dress "punk" or "rockabilly." i naturally wore what i had been wearing on sunday (changed my undies and socks of course) and didn't have an isse.
once we actually started with the day we went out to basically be the crowd for a roller derby. this meant a lot of moving around from one area to another and pretending ot scream and cheer. a couple times they had us actually cheer out loud but usually it was just us being silent, pretending to cheer.
i got to see, jimmy fallon, drew barrymore, eve (who is much more beautiful than i could have imagined), ellen page, zoe bell and in a huge suprise har mar superstar was playing the other teams coach. pretty sure i'm the only one who knew who he was. i couldn't figure out who the other coach was or anyone else for that matter. drew is a lot shorter than i expected her to be (i was using the knowledge of harmar being my height more or less to gauge how tall other people were.)
i should be in a couple of pretty cool scene where things happened directly in front of where i was standing and the camera was aimed directly at me. during one scene me and the guy i kept ending up next to had to pretend to talk for 5 minutes behind the major pep talk after their first win or whatever.
all in all it was interesting to see, and even though it was only 7.40 an hour or whatever it was worth it. not totally sure if i'll be doing it again though
