Well i'm back. And i came back to a torrential downpour so i was soaked for three hours in class. And i found out i got 80s on both my socio and english exam. That sucked, but looking on the problems i missed i can see exact;y why i missed them. I need to remember that just because it's true and i know it, doesn't mean the textbook has found this information out yet. C'est la vie, all is well.
Thanks all for the comments, apparently i am quite beautiful. That's a nice thing to come back to i must say. I'll post some pix of my new cyberpunk mohawk thingy goin on. My friend josh is a professional stylist, and very eccentric and flamboyant. And he was also drunk, and decided to cut my hair Long story short you'll see it in my folders sometime today. I like it.
Family was a blast as always, saw a friend i hadn't seen in a year. Family had its normal issues as always. I left my cell phone in charlotte, crapola. I'm thinking very seriously about taking time off from school and traveilng the country hitching and trainhopping, finally making me a true Dharma Bum. I don't see a reason not to. I miss absolute freedom.
Time to study some french.
I wanted a perfect ending.
But i've learned that sometimes poems don't rhyme.
In life i have painfully learned one thing,
That everything must crumble to dust in due time.
I have learned music to be a funeral dirge.
And i have learned joy to be a passing glory.
And all the fun in life to be purged.
Life is but a short bittersweet story.
I sit back and smile into the night.
Time is nothing, just a passing breeze.
But oh, time, full of such wonderous sights.
Every moment another chance to seize.
Every single moment is a chance to change,
There's alot to do, no more sighs to heave.
Every moment a change for life to rearrange.
And every day bring something new to believe.
I only lament the times i've lost,
But treasure the friends i've made.
For them i will do anything, at any cost.
And through their memories never die, never fade.
And by them all, my life perfect is made.
