Hello!
A while back, I said I would love to break into digital art someday. I found a bit of a shortcut around the money problem as my mom owns an iPad Pro with an Apple Pencil. She generously allowed me to borrow the device after seeing my art. I loaded a drawing app called Procreate and watched a few YouTube videos.
This is my very first digitally produced drawing! It's none other than a Ralts ❤
Like any other media, it will take many, many hours, months, even years of practice for me to produce professional-looking art. Using someone else's device isn't ideal, but it's a start!
I'm looking at trying to draw some of my characters with the iPad, so check back soon. Of course I'll eventually have to go back to mostly paper, but I'm enjoying the luxury of an expensive tablet while I can!
