Hello again to the wonderous world of SG.
I'm sure most interacting with this blog are Pokéfans, so I'll shed(inja) [sorry, horrible Poké pun😣] some light on my current interactions with the franchise.
You probably couldn't have guessed by looking at my drawings, but I'm a HUGE Ralts - Kirlia - Gardevoir - Gallade fan! As an avid daily Pokémon GO player, when news broke on the Ralts Community Day, I was ecstatic.
I've been busy strolling around downtown spinning every possible Pokéstop for Pinap Berries to replace the ones I spent during the last CD (Mudkip). I saw a YouTuber (forgot his name) say he was busy collecting 500 Pinaps for this event. I might not go that extreme, but a few hundred would be nice.
Pokémon GO has been a very positive influence in my life. With depression, it's often damn near impossible to summon the motivation to exercise, the irony being that physical exercise is scientifically proven to be one of the most effective treatments for depression:
Trainer used Walk 5 km! It's super effective!
Depression fainted!
And that's the secret to sticking to the routine: it has to be fun. It needs to be a game. I've discovered so many things about my hometown playing the game, undiscovered parks, trails, local odds and ends, even after almost 28 years of living here!
So, with the world gearing up for the long-anticipated Ralts Day, I'm going to put out my Trainer Code for anyone here who wants to join the fun with a modest but optimistic Ralts fan:

Alaska is thousands of kilometres from nearly all of the world, so if you're looking for egg distance, I'm your guy!
Drawings are coming! When I'm not walking, I'm drawing, and another Phoebe-Gothitelle scene is on the way. I've always thought Gardevoir and Gothitelle make a kick-ass duo. Though the next drawing is kind of a girl-talk scene, I'm dying to draw them fighting together. I'm just waiting for my skills to get good enough to do such an epic scene justice!
Happy hunting and shiny luck for all!
